The world is changing faster than ever. Education is not.

quote-mark.svg2/3 of today’s children will have jobs that don’t exist yet.
Christine Lagarde, IMF
Technology is transforming how our kids will work and live, facing challenges we can hardly imagine. Traditional education system can’t keep up with the pace of change. It still focuses on passing down knowledge using outdated approaches. What kids need to thrive in a world radically different to the one we grew up in is to develop future-critical skills.
Watch kids engage with our games
Our extracurricular, game-based learning program helps kids learn how to work together to solve complex problems in real-life conditions. How to think, not what to think.
Equipped with the right skills now, our kids can shape our collective future for the better.

future-critical skills

Skills not
subjects
We cultivate the skills our children will need to shape their own future and be ready for anything. Fundamental to their development now, foundational for their success in the future.

Navigate complex
problems
Kids learn to decode complex problems in their substantive parts and approach them from multiple perspectives, unleashing their creative possibilities.
/assets/images/home-skill-2.png
Make intelligent
decisions
Kids learn to think critically and be active decision makers. They learn to reflect and adjust their behaviours and actions accordingly to further progress.
/assets/images/home-skill-3.png
Collaborate under
uncertainty
Kids learn to harness their different strengths, skills and perspectives and work together to face challenges of constantly changing environments.
/assets/images/home-skill-4.png
Own the
outcomes
Kids learn to own both their successes and failures. They embrace every outcome as an opportunity to learn and develop.

OUR APPROACH

The ultimate
learning experience
Our innovative educational approach forms a learning environment with unique opportunities for kids to develop future-critical skills.
01
Complex games
We create collaborative games that simulate the complex environments and novel situations our children will experience in their real lives.
home-approach-complexgames
02
Child led
Children always lead the discussion. Our facilitators coordinate discussions and empower children to actively discover, practice and develop their skills through open-ended, structured questioning.

03
Teamwork
Learning to live and work together and appreciate different strengths, skills and perspectives is a core life skill. Children will work and make friendships with like-minded forward thinkers.

THE WEEKLY SESSION

Weekly session decoded
Every week kids experience a 6 stages training process carefully designed to help them further progress their thinking and social skills.
01
Immerse
Children are presented with a new challenging game concept and mechanics that they have to figure out themselves inside teams.
02
Experiment
Without any rules or direction provided, children start playing in intensive, competitive rounds and learn by forming and testing their assumptions.
03
Share
After the first rounds, teams come together and share their learnings through facilitation to better understand the game logic individually and collectively.
04
Plan
Each team considers the different possible strategies, approaches and new information in order to formulate a plan for their next gameplay.
05
Iterate
Children have multiple opportunities to collaboratively review their team’s performance, embrace their failures and iterate in order to improve their strategy.
06
Reflect
At the end of the session children reflect as a group: facilitation enables learners to reflect on what they did and why, what they learnt, how and why they will act differently next time.
